During the initial counselling session I will encourage you to share your reasons for seeking counselling at this time, ask about your history and welcome you to share your hopes for our work together. During this session we will begin to build rapport and start the process of setting goals for therapy!
I will call or email you back & we will arrange a time to chat about what you are looking for support for & if it aligns with my experience and approach. You can take this time to ask me any questions about my experience, education or services. If we decide to work together we will schedule your initial counselling session.
